The Paralysis of Non-Doing

… continued from ‘Life after Life’

The paralysis of non-doing is one of the best tools, indicators which show us where we are doing what we don’t want to do or not doing what we want to do. Most often we don’t realise that either we are doing what we don’t want or not doing what we want … and the drag that one feels in life is about that. It is not enough to ‘see’ it. It is necessary to take active action – ‘see’, acknowledge and start/stop doing what does/doesn’t feel right.

Once seen, it is over. The chains fall and one has an option of flying free.
